Yoga in Daily Life Community Joins Forces to Help Nepal Flood Victims
The Yoga in Daily Life community is coming together to support people and families affected by the devastating floods and landslides in Nepal.
On 29 August 2026, with the blessings and inspiration of Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda Puri Ji, Param Pujya Mahamandaleshwar Sri Swami Avatar Puri Ji launched an appeal to support those facing loss, displacement and uncertainty following the recent natural disasters in central Nepal.
At this difficult time, many people and families are in urgent need of assistance, essential supplies, shelter and support as they begin the difficult process of rebuilding their lives.
Compassion in Action
During his satsang in Vienna on August 29, Param Pujya Mahamandaleshwar Sri Swami Avatar Puri Ji encouraged members, yoga practitioners, devotees, friends and supporters to contribute according to their capacity via www.swamiji.tv/support under Social Projects Donations, and to share the appeal so that it may reach as many people as possible.
Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a meaningful difference. Together, our support can help provide food, shelter, essential supplies, safety, and hope to people who have lost so much.

In times of crisis, compassion becomes meaningful when it is expressed through action. By coming together, we can show that care and solidarity know no borders.
